Q.What are your Payment terms?

A.The way of payment is T/T. The lowest down payment that can be accepted is 30%.
The product lead time will count from the date of receiving the prepayment. 10 days before the shipment, the seller informs the buyer to come to the factory to do FAT, buyer decides whether to do FAT or not.

Q.How about your Warranty?

A.The mainframe of the cabinet is guaranteed for at least 5 years, the control system is 2 years, and other purchase parts are guaranteed for 1 year.

Q.Can you provide the overseas service?

A.Yes, after the machine arrives client factory, engineers will be arranged to go on-site to install the machine and train the operators.

Q.Can you tell me the production and installation time?

A.The equipment production and delivery term is 60-90 days. Clients can choose to do FAT in our factory or not after we finish the EO sterilizer. The installation and debugging period is 15-60 days (according to the chamber size),and IQ and OQ are about 7 days, which could provide the support of PQ.

Q.Do you provide FAT, IQ OQ PQ?

A.Yes, we can provide FAT, IQ, OQ, and the support of PQ. We also provide software validation.
